The façade is clad partially in Brick, paired with Hardie board lap siding material.
Roofing
Roofing material on the house is an asphalt architectural shingle. The manufacturer is Owens Corning, Oakridge series.

Front Stairs to be a combination of Composite decking and cedar posts and railings, painted to match siding.
